The north star? A living breathing social enterprise rooted in the intersection of learning and healing. Our focus is not just on individuals alone, but on intergenerational family systems.

Special Sauce: Our niche is remixing wisdom across seemingly unrelated fields for innovation.

Who? We are a collective of researcher-practitioners remixing soul in the spirit of innovation.

Sabi Technologies is the private arm of the social enterprise. When it’s time to scale a solution, we turn to the funding mechanisms of the private sector.

In 100 years…We’ll know we succeeded when you ask the children: “Where is school?” And they point in all directions.

dreaming & Learning

0. Teach like an artist

Teach with soul: Play! Inspire genius.

Without the talent, no innovative learning model can be actualized. This is the farm nurturing the next generation of soulful teachers and wiser leaders.

1. THE GROVE

Why? We are opening a family center. Think Stanley Marketplace but smaller, lush gardens for the people, and a home for learning + healing (everything from talk therapy, massage to culturally affirming spiritual healing etc…). Why can’t community developers be educators?

2. HOME GROWN

Example of enrichment opportunities

A platform designed to help homeschooling and unschooling families discover one another, access enrichment opportunities, and navigate state and local funding to curate high-quality, values-aligned educational experiences for their children. Home Grown is grounded in the belief that learning ecosystems already exist within communities but remain fragmented, inequitable, and difficult to navigate for families outside traditional school systems. By translating public data, surfacing trusted providers, and enabling families to pool resources and social capital, Home Grown aims to unlock more flexible, humane, and family-driven pathways for learning.

2. SEL EdTech: LOOPERS

This idea is emerging from developing a unit for Teach Like An Artist called Teach Like A Gamer. We want to go where the kids are and resource them to create impact and wealth. Can we remix the tenets of good gaming to teach students the structure of their inner worlds? This is an example of something we would pilot withing our learning ecosystem at The Grove. We would scale the tech platform over at Sabi Technologies.

Pilot Concept: LOOPERS is a narrative-driven, gamified SEL platform that helps students integrate their emotional experiences through archetypal gameplay—like a therapeutic Fortnite meets The Hero’s Journey for the classroom.

Problem

  • Traditional SEL programs feel flat, adult-centered, and don’t meet kids where they are.

  • Students are immersed in games that build creativity, agency, and identity—but these experiences are siloed from school.

  • Schools lack tools that combine emotional development, storytelling, and agency in a digital-first, culturally resonant way.

Solution

Loopers is a digital experience that transforms social-emotional learning into a playable narrative. Students unlock and integrate archetypes like The Shadow, The Dreamer, and The Guide as they navigate quests designed to surface and work through real-life social and emotional challenges.
